Quietstream Subscriptions

Recurring Billing - As a convenience, your credit card or Paypal will be re-billed automatically on the renewal date. Don't worry, you may opt out of recurring billing at any time. For Paypal, simply cancel the recurring payment in your Paypal account. To cancel your recurring Visa or Mastercard subscription payment, please contact us by email before the expiration of your subscription term and we'll do it for you.

Quietstream Support Policy

We are here to help. Our friendly support is very personal and unrivalled. We'll even call you. Simply send us an email with your phone number and we'll fix your problem. We can even log onto your computer  using Team Viewer and set you up while you watch!

Our streams are designed work with computer audio players like iTunes, Real Player, Windows Media Player and Winamp.

Quietstream Refunds and Cancellations

We guarantee that you will love Calm Radio's Quietstream. If you are having issues connecting or even lacking certain computer skills, call us or email us with your phone number and we'll work with you to fix any issue. If we unable to fix the problem within 7 days of the date of your purchase, we'll give your all your money back. Please note there are no refunds on charges for recurring billing. You must notify us at least 48 hours if you wish to cancel your recurring billing before your next renewal date.

CD Shipping and Delivery Times

CD's are sent to you from the artist themselves. We notify the artists upon your purchase and CD items ship within 24-48 business hours of your order. However, sometimes these artists may be performing on tour, therefore it may take longer. Should you not receive your CD please contact us and we will notify the artist. Cancellation Policy for Tangible Goods.

In-stock items normally ship within 24-48 hours after an order has been placed. If payment method is by credit card, your card will be charged as each item is shipped. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once the items are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted. For orders paid by check, please allow two weeks to receive your refund check. Up to a 20% restocking fee may apply to special ordered or opened items.

General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold by Calm Radio.com within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund if the order is incorrect. You must contact us by email on our "contact" page for return authorization before shipping your item(s). Items should be returned in their original product packaging and undamaged. If we have sent you a product as a result of our error we will pay the return shipping costs once we receive the item(s) and re-send you the correct item(s).

Since the CD is shipped directly from the artist, it must be returned to that artist.

We ship all our products in padded and protected shipping envelopes to minimize the risk of damage, however we can't control the handling of the chosen shipper. If you shipment is damaged, please contact the shipping agent used.
