Step 2 - Use the username and password that you used to setup your account - (or click "Lost password?" in your account to have it sent to you)

Step 3 - Choose your stream here according to your internet speed. Simply click on the stream image, or the MP3 or Windows icon. This will open up your default player automatically.

ULTRA HIGH QUALITY - 192K - Fast internet connection speed

HIGH QUALITY - 128K - Normal internet connection speed

MEDIUM QUALITY - 64K - Slower internet connection speed

TIP! - We recommend the following players for Calm Radio.

Step 5 - Once iTunes is open, your stream will display in your playlist as a track. Simply double click the stream you want to hear.

TIP! - You can keep as many stream tracks as you like in your iTunes playlist.
